The proposed project is located in Coconino County at the I-17/I-40 Interchange in the City of Flagstaff. The work consists of replacing three bridge decks and approach slabs, increasing the bridge cross slopes, and retrofitting one bridge deck with an overlay. Additional work includes removing existing pavement and replacing it with asphaltic concrete (end product), and asphaltic concrete friction course (ACFC), replacing guardrail, constructing concrete half barriers, replacing pavement markings and other miscellaneous work.
