The proposed project is located in Maricopa County, within the City of Phoenix, along State Route 51, from Interstate 10 (milepost 148.23) to Shea Boulevard (milepost 9.80). The work includes milling asphalt rubber–asphalt concrete friction course, repairing Portland cement concrete pavement, diamond grinding the surface of existing concrete pavement and bridge decks, repairing bridge decks and bridge joints, installing pavement markings, and performing other related work.
