The proposed work is located along Winchester Road between 29th Avenue and 16th Avenue in the City of Apache Junction, within Pinal County. The total length of the project is approximately 1.11 miles. The work consists of removal, paving and grading of roadway improvements including curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveway reconstruction, curb ramps, catch basins and connector pipes, headwalls, storm drain trunk lines, concrete box culverts, street lighting, signing and pavement marking and other related work.
