Pavement Preservation

The proposed project is located in Gila County on United States Route 60 between mileposts 279.88 and 286.42, near the City of Globe on both the Tonto National Forest and the Native American Reservation of the San Carlos Apache Tribe. The proposed work consists of removing the existing asphaltic concrete surface course by milling and replacing it with a hot-applied chip seal coat followed by micro-surfacing. Additional work includes replacing pavement markings, rumble strips, and other related work.
