System Enhancement (Engineering)

The proposed work is located in Santa Cruz County on I-19 at milepost 1.0. The proposed work consists of removing existing deck surfaces by mechanical milling and applying two-inch polyester polymer concrete (PPC) overlay. The project also includes milling and replacing with asphaltic concrete, replacing pavement markings, guardrail and other miscellaneous work.
