The proposed project is located in Maricopa County within the City of Tolleson along Van Buren Street, from the northeast corner of the Van Buren St/96th Ave intersection south to the parcel owned by Tolleson High School. The work includes the construction of a pedestrian bridge across Van Buren Street, elevators, stairs, DMS signs, signing and marking, minor pedestrian ramp modifications, and other related work.
